Academy of Continuing Legal Education

I represent clients in most of the situations requiring legal services that happen to ordinary people - personal injury, probate, wills and estate planning, domestic relations, child support, criminal trials and appeals, traffic offenses, small business planning and incorporation, foreclosure and civil litigation. I practice in mayor's court, municipal court, court of common pleas, court of appeals, and probate court.

Most of my clients are in Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage, Geauga, Medina, Lorain, and Lake counties. I also represent clients along the western Lake shore, in Erie, Ottawa, Seneca, Sandusky, and Lucas counties. Over the course of my career I have represented clients throughout Ohio, including Ashtabula, Trumbull, Stark, Wayne, Richland, Wood, Franklin, Preble, and Hamilton counties, and, at last count, in twenty-nine municipal court districts. After thirty years in the Bedford Court District, I moved in 2004, to Suffield Township in Portage County, a mile south of I-76 on State Route 532 on the edge of Mogadore Village, between Akron and Kent, The new address is 367 North Cleveland Avenue (Route 532), and my new location is surrounded by the former West's Mogadore Country Club.
